Lamb Shank

Juicy braised lamb shank slowly simmered in garlic, lemon, onions and herbs. Served with Basmati rice and a side vegetable of choice.

Chicken Kabob

Boneless chicken breast marinated in Baba’s special saffron sauce and grilled to perfection. Served with Basmati rice and two charbroiled Roma tomatoes.

Ground Beef Kabob

Ground beef kabob mixed with onions and Persian herbs and seasoning.  Served with Basmati rice and two charbroiled Roma tomatoes.

Ghormeh Sabzi

Stew of choice beef and kidney beans mixed with fresh spinach, parsley, onions, cilantro, and Fenugreek herbs cooked with Persian dried lime.  Served over Basmati rice.

All meals are served with rice and a side vegetable.  Vegetarian Meals Available.
